Our Service Charter is a public commitment to the standard of service every entrepreneur can expect from PUNB. It exists to keep us accountable and to give applicants confidence that their submissions will be handled fairly and within defined timelines.
Financing Assessment Timelines
- Applications below RM1 million are assessed within 30 working days of receiving a complete submission.
- Applications of RM1 million and above are assessed within 60 working days of a complete submission.
